1 tbs olive oil or avocado oil
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Roast the Cauliflower:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
